A woman on Long Island is wanted by police investigators for identity theft after allegedly charging more than $1,000 using a stolen credit card at a pair of stores last month.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers issued an alert for a suspect who was caught on camera using a stolen credit card at two Riverhead stores on Thursday, Jan. 9.

According to police, the woman used the credit card to purchase approximately $755 worth of merchandise at Target on Old Country Road at approximately 5:20 p.m. on Jan. 9. She then used the stolen card to make a $500 purchase at GameStop on Old Country Road shortly thereafter.

A reward has been issued for information that leads to the arrest of the woman pictured above. Anyone with information regarding the woman or the stolen credit card has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or submitting an anonymous tip to Suffolk County Police investigators online.
